GAM: Experienced Logistics Analyst
Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs using established procedures. Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements. Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
Management of Perishable (expendable) Tooling (Drills, Hole Saws, Chassis Punch) and General Hand Tools – Coordinate, review, and place orders for all perishable (expendable) tooling and industrial supplies used in the LAB within the approved Engineering Test Services (ETS) Budget.
Management of Perishable (expendable) Tooling (Drills, Hole Saws, Chassis Punch) and Industrial Supplies – Receive, Create Record, Put-Away, Issue, and maintain stock supplies, coordinate with Customer and 3PL to review new requests, changes, and spot buys, to ensure proper approval from Management has been met.
Pickup and delivery services for gages, fixtures, test supplies (load banks, control panels, chillers) and shop supplies for the Supply Crib to the point of use area of the test cells, assembly, or other designations on Site.
Oversee monthly reporting with Customer/Management to identify high, medium, and low operating supplies to enable optimization of on-hand inventory.
Maintain inventory levels using system of record (3PL system)
Set up new required chemicals, working with Customer/Management.\
Pull expired chemicals, if applicable, and properly identify expired material as hazardous materials in accordance with ENV-01-004 for HSE&F Disposal and in compliance with MCP 035 and EMS92378. Remove from inventory and deliver to hazardous waste lot. Request Customer/Management to approve adjustments to inventory as required.
Performs reconciliation of inventory and resolve variance in the 3PL database.
Manage the delivery of each product to ensure that all products are delivered when required and that all products are to the customer’s requirements and specifications.
Provide and control inventory tracking using 3PL system of record, and perform all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 2 years related experience
