The Cybersecurity Engineer will be required to conduct system administration and cybersecurity duties in support of an Anti-terrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) system. Candidate will perform ISSE and ISSO duties to achieve and maintain an RMF accreditation. This position will be expected to cover technical information security aspects including, but not limited to, identifying risks, providing mitigation plan of action, configuration of devices in accordance with STIG settings, analysis of system design, assist with certification and accreditation issues that may be preventing the system from receiving ATO, and develop custom mitigation solutions for enterprise vulnerabilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Utilize IA assessment tools including ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP Benchmarks, SRR Scripts and Policy Auditor to identify vulnerabilities,
Utilize tools such as SMS, SCCM, WSUS, and Group Policy Objects to remediate vulnerabilities and configure systems.
Respond to CTOs, TASKORDs, FRAGORDs, compliance and emerging threats.
Creating and updating requisite RMF artifacts.
Updating eMASS during and post-ATO.

BA/BS in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related discipline plus 5 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 13 years of related experience. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
Clearance: Secret clearance
Certifications: Security , CISSP preferred.

Must be able to build, maintain and use ACAS independently.
Experience with running SCAP benchmarks using DISA STIG Viewer to review STIG checklists.
WSUS management and troubleshooting WSUS Server and clients.
System troubleshooting and configuration management of Windows 7/10/2008/2012 OS as it relates to security posture of the system.
Experience with Group Policy Objects and Active Directory.
Security configuration of network devices
Familiar with eMASS package administration.
Knowledge of defense-in-depth and other information security and assurance principles and associated supporting technologies.
A self-leader, self-thinker, needs little direction, ability to work in a dynamic team environment, proven communication skills and client customer support, and ability to travel with little notice.
HBSS/HIPS/ePO experience a major plus
Basic scripting knowledge/experience: generating scripts to remotely patch/audit systems
Performed successful security mitigations resulting from a security audit
