Job Description:

Manages/supervises. Performs non-administrative managerial and supervisory duties and supports all work efforts for performance of contract involving use of accredited analytical support services contractors. Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of all task orders assigned

  • Works closely with the government program manager in establishing project objectives, plans, and budgets

  • Assists with development of task performance work statements, technical proposals, and participates in proposal reviews in a firm fixed price contract environment supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint Military operations customers

  • Assists with the leadership and guidance for a staff in a dynamic joint/military intelligence environment

  • Focuses on increasingly complex management assignments supporting DoD or intelligence community intelligence analysis, information technology, or systems engineering and technical assistance contracts

  • Builds a solid business base with military customers and effectively motivates and directs Contractor technical and support staff personnel

  • Performs analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving, gains internal support to operate and establish strong working relationships with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers

  • Schedules workload utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office and either MS Project or Project Scheduler skills Skills: Performs non-administrative managerial and supervisory duties and supports all work efforts for performance of contract involving use of accredited analytical support services contractors. Requirements Level I: Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience. Must have demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of expertise required in the Task Order, Performance Work Statement. Level II = Level I with 3 additional years’ experience Level III = Level I with 5 additional years’ experience
