Job Description:

Researches and analyzes.Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1) Performs analysis, develops plans, and facilitates implementation. 2) Analyzes and develops concepts for strategic deployment; operational and logistics issues; organizational structure and equipment and modernization of forces/ exercises and training; and computer, communication, command, and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR). Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides a breadth of expertise on subjects such as counter terrorism, force protection, information operations (IO), signals intelligence (SIGINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and other intelligence disciplines

  • Oversees the production of all-source intelligence products to support overall intelligence objectives

  • Provides “big-picture” analysis and recommendations for presentation to senior leadership

  • Acts as a liaison between senior leadership and ongoing all-source intelligence processes

  • Ensures that information technology resources are optimized to support all-source intelligence missions

  • Provides support to ongoing IO activities to include assistance in the development of Unified Command policies and procedures, organization and allocation of IO responsibilities to existing and emerging intelligence organizations

  • Directly assists the review of IO related processes, make recommendation regarding improvement to IO, and in the day-to-day IO conduct

  • Creates all-source intelligence assessments of political decision making systems, C4ISR capabilities and IO intentions of target countries

  • Liaises with geographic area and military analysts as well as contributes to the production of IO intelligence assessments used by contingency planners and targeteers within the AOR

  • Assists in the assessment of military and civilian telecommunications and networking capabilities of selected countries within the AOR

  • Assesses computer network capabilities of adversary Command and Control (C2) organization and entities operating within the European Theater AOR Skills: Analyzes plans, data, intelligence information, or systems. Develops estimates and makes recommendations for deficiencies. Integrates information from a variety of sources into various systems; ensures proper system interfaces. Collects data for analysis. Develops products resulting from analysis. Requirements Level I: Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience. Must have demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of expertise required in the Task Order, Performance Work Statement. Level II = Level I with 3 additional years’ experience

Level III = Level I with 5 additional years’ experience
