Note: This position can be worked remotely or at KBRwyle's Lexington Park, MD corporate office.

The successful candidate will be part of a talented software development and integration team to develop a cloud based enterprise application solution. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall technical solution and architecture implementation.


  • Take direction from technical lead(s) to implement application solutions.

  • Participate in processes utilizing Agile and DevOps approaches.

  • Utilizes experience to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Debug and solve complex problems either individually or within a team.



  • BS Engineering, Computer Science or Math field. At least 7 combined years of experience with a strong focus on SDLC (software development lifecycle). Experience may be substituted for education requirements.

  • Clearance Requirement:US Citizen with existing Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance or higher

Experience / Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Expertise using one or more of the following languages / Frameworks Java, Go, C# .NET Core.

  • Expertise in implementing architectures utilizing microservices.

  • Experience in CI/CD within a cloud based environment.

  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure or other cloud providers as well as hybrid cloud infrastructure

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as StackStorm, Jenkins, Bamboo.

  • Familiarity with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes for container runtime environments.


  • SCORM Compliant applications and SCORM Engines.

  • Development experience with a learning management system.
