ABOUT THIS POSITION

The successful candidate will lead a talented software development and integration teams to develop a cloud based enterprise application solution. The candidate will have overall technical responsibility for the architecture implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads technical direction for multiple software groups that will be using multiple technologies.

  • Facilitate the use of Agile and DevOps approaches.

  • Utilizes extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Debug and solve complex problems either individually or within a team.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Engineering, Computer Science or Math field. At least 15 combined years of experience with a strong focus on SDLC (software development lifecycle).

  • Clearance Requirement:US Citizen with existing Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance or higher

Experience / Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Expertise using one or more of the following languages / Frameworks Java, Go, C# .NET Core.

  • Expertise in implementing architectures utilizing microservices.

  • Experience in CI/CD within a cloud based environment.

  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure or other cloud providers as well as hybrid cloud infrastructure

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as StackStorm, Jenkins, Bamboo.

  • Familiarity with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes for container runtime environments.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SCORM Compliant applications and SCORM Engines.

  • Development experience with a learning management system.
