FMS Program Analyst
ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition support for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) International Programs Department (Air 1.4) and PMA265, the F/A-18 Program Office, in Lexington Park, MD.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responds to direction from company manager/supervisor. Provides support and complies with a variety of company activities (e.g. required/contractual training, special projects, proposals, data calls, etc.).
Reviews NAVAIR FMS programs for full compliance to checklists and reporting systems that monitor case development for basic cases, amendments, modifications, ensure compliance with Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) policy and guidance, Navy International Program Office (NIPO) direction, and adherence to Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) for overall policy guidance.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Develop Pricing and Availability (P&A) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) packages
Provide analysis and recommendations on case life-cycle considerations
Review of case products in progress and assess Foreign Disclosure compliance.
Initiate cases and amendments in Defense Security Assistance Management Systems (DSAMS).
BS or BA from an accredited college. At least four (4) years of experience in FMS/security assistance with two (2) years of FMS experience for disclosure review. Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in FMS
Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules
Experience with the Microsoft Office productivity suite specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
Applicant must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Experience in DSAMS, Case Execution Performance Tool (CEPT), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) and Management Information System-International Logistics (MISIL).
