Program Analyst


Responsibilities:Responsible for the oversight and management of administrative tasks for the F-35 PMA272 countermeasures expendables team. Coordinate program requirements to include planning, schedules, documentation, and database management, as well as CDRL reporting & tracking and provide accounting/technical management of all projects. Reports directly to IPT Lead/Deputy, directs program activities to meet Program Office work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.

1.Provide direct support in the development of project/program policies.

2.Provide direct support in updating and maintaining the F-35 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and corresponding dashboards; reconcile contract requirements against deliveries to ensure customer deliveries are being met; recommend alternate course of action as necessary to meet delivery requirements and the IMS is updated to reflect actual deliveries

3.Provide direct support to the IPT Lead in meetings to include but not limited to facilitating the setup of telecoms, taking meeting minutes and action items and documenting and tracking closure of those action items.

4.Provide direct support to the IPT Lead in review and of acquisition strategy reports,Statements of Work (SOW) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to include configuration management of each

5.Provide programmatic assistance and support to the IPT Lead in development, acquisition and integration of countermeasures systems and equipment.Evaluate systems performance and program tasks for applicability to operational requirements.Review technical reports and provide analysis to assess system effectiveness, areas for improvement, compliance with system specifications and technical solutions in support of fleet issues.

6.Responsible for utilizing automated systems for tracking and monitoring acquisition status, funding, implementation and closeout.

7.Develops and coordinates technical documentation with other DOD activities and counterparts; is responsible for contract technical evaluations and analysis, and standardization of documentation and hardware within program areas.Coordinates developmental and/or operational testing.Evaluates and reviews results and technical recommendations and recommends appropriate action.

  1. Serves as direct representative of the IPT Lead in all things involving the program.


Requirements:A Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional experience. In lieu of degree an additional 4 years of experience is required. Requires a Secret Clearance level eligibility.

KSA Required:

This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Excellent written and oral communications skills required.Applicant shall demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in Program Management/Contracting.Applicant must be familiar with aspects of program planning from developing requirements to fielding.Applicant must be able to perform detailed administrative, financial, and analytical to the Program Office. The applicantMUST be proficientwith Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and stated as such in resume.
