PMUAS Logistic Documentation Specialist
The Integrated Product Support(IPS) Specialist will serve as the lead subject matter expert for Medium Altitude Endurance Product Office to provide technical support on Gray Eagle logistic documentation support to include review of all Integrated Product Support data elements, Gray Eagle Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP) documentation, and Depot Planning activities. Detail Tasks Requirement:Review and develop recommendation on Gray Eagle IPS data delivered by contractors;Review and provide recommendation on Gray Eagle Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) to ensure all IPS elements are properly addressed in the ECP;Assist in Gray Eagle Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP) documentation development; Assist in prepare and staffing Gray Eagle System Materiel Release Request Package; Coordinate and develop Gray Eagle Depot Maintenance documentation and implementation;Participate in various IPT, Working Groups and Program reviews/meetings.
Minimum Requirements: The candidate must communicate effectively in writing and in person-to-person contacts in order to communicate with various levels of technical, professional, management, and administrative personnel, as well as collaborate with heads of units to negotiate, decide on, schedule, and coordinate supporting services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to recognize technical issues and risks without assistance and the written and oral communication skills to accurately disseminate for resolution.Secret Security Clearance is required. A University degree or equivalent education and at least 5 years training/experience in Integrate Product Support (IPS) functions.Working knowledge of the following Acquisition Contracting and Life Cycle Logistics functions: Familiar with DFARS and related requirement/policies; familiar with Defense Acquisition System, DoD 5000 and related requirement/policies; familiar with Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW) development;familiar with LCSP development process; familiar with Army Materiel Release process o Familiar with AR 700-127
