  • Work with vendors and Company contacts to process time-sensitive documents for reimbursement on a strict deadline schedule_

  • Verify the internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of reports, lists, calculations and postings_

  • Work with vendors and internal contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner_

_\

  • Solve routine problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures_

_\

  • Works under general supervision and follows established procedures for routine tasks_

_\

  • Enter data, scan & upload documents, and general filing_

_\

  • Provide assistance as required to the entire AP Team_

_\

  • Other responsibilities as needed and assigned._

Qualifications

  • Requires High School diploma or GED_

_\

  • Ability to concisely communicate orally, in writing and electronically_

_\

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel._

_\

  • Associates or higher Degree or 2 years relevant work experience_

_\

  • Experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint and / or Impromptu is desired_

_\

  • Experience working in Federal Government Contracting environment is desired_

_\

  • Ability to operate a keyboard and 10-Key Calculator, fully and completely._

_\

  • Ability to sit at desk and / or stand to file, for extended periods of time_

_\

  • Ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities as the needs of the company change and grow_

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  2. Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field: (A non-business Bachelor’s Degree with significant direct experience may be substituted)

  3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Federal Travel Audit processing

  4. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to cover department responsibilities

Preferred:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field: (A non-business Bachelor’s Degree with significant direct experience may be substituted)

  2. Customer Service Center experience a plus

  3. Direct experience with Deltek T&E and / or Deltek Costpoint software

  4. 1 years’ experience auditing travel expense reports for a government contractor in compliance with Federal JTR and FAR regulations

  5. General knowledge of government travel regulations and relatability to government contractors employee travel
