Description

This individual will be a representative for the C-RAM Program Office in both Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) and Continental United States (CONUS) operations. The individual will provide the coordination between the Program Office and deployed PD C-RAM systems Counter Unmanned Systems, (C-UAS) and RAM Warn Intercept (RWI) units. The individual will identify problems to the C-RAM Program Office along with recommendations for resolution and report status and resolution back from OCONUS/ CONUS locations and C-UAS/ RWI units/leadership. The individual will participate in site surveys to develop plans for installation of C-UAS/ RWI capability at new locations in theater. Individual will be required to train, and provide needed reports on issues during fielding. The individual will monitor the performance of the installing contractor and provide observations/comments to the Program Office. Individual will also keep the Program Office advised of any changes in priorities or plans relative to C-UAS/ RWI systems in OCONUS/ CONUS Operations and unit fielded. Individual will be required to define and present solutions to system integration issues between multiple systems such as the FAAD C2 System, sensors such as KU band radar, Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR) and Firefinder radars, network issues, and all other issues related to C-UAS/ RWI systems fielded. The individual will be required to train, analyze the interfaces and provide recommendations for improvement. Individual will be required to interact with Military, Government, and contractors to accomplish the mission. Support of C-UAS/ RWI systems and FAAD C2 in field locations and unit fielding’s will be required. Individual will deploy in 4-6 month rotations, with travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

Experience: Basic Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University with 5 years of experience; An Associate's Degree from an accredited College or University with 7 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree. Must have at least 5 years’ experience operating, working with or supporting Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance ( C5ISR) systems. Must have experience developing communications architectures and integration to Air Defense weapon or command and control systems. Minimum Requirements: Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Have working knowledge of Department of the Army Acquisition processes, procedures, policies, requirements and regulations. Have experience in more than one aspect of system acquisition. Preferences: Experience working with Air and Missile Defense Work Station (AMDWS), Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) Cells or other elements of the C-RAM system of systems.

Special Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Preferred: Active Security clearance a plus.
