Description

Provide engineering and analysis support to the Counter Unmanned Aircraft System(C-UAS) project managed by the Counter-Rocket Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) program office.Support the design, integration and test of the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) with C-RAM Command and Control (C2) and new sensors to enable accurate track of threats, weapons and provide clearance of fires for complex engagement scenarios.Work under a fast-paced environment where software development, weapon system analysis and issue resolution have short deadlines.Evaluate weapon systems and make recommendations for performance improvements.Provide test support: planning, analyzing data on-site for quick-look analysis, and generating test reports.Develop, exercise and maintain in-house software analysis tools to assess system performance and to trouble shoot any issues identified.Analyze system performance of theater events.Support technical interchange and review meetings for product development and integration activities.Generate and communicate system performance briefs and problem reports to Government leads and prime contractors.Travel to customer's office, test sites, and company locations associated with C-RAM up to 20% a year.Be a team player and contribute to the team objectives.Excellent data analysis skills are desired along with ability to quickly identify issues and recommend corrective actions.Ability to effectively communicate issues with management and customers is required.Ability and interest in improving automation of analysis capabilities via software tool development using C , Python, MATLAB or other appropriate programming languages.A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering field plus a minimum of 0-2 years of applicable experience.An active SECRET security clearance is required.KBRwyle/CAS Group is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabilities
