KBRwyle Business Lead in Huntsville, Alabama
Perform mid-level financial analysis and business management functions in support of the US Army Utility Helicopters Project Manager's Office – UH-60M program.
Coordinate between engineering, logistics, budget, contracts, and programming, planning and control (PP&C) personnel.
Responsible for near-term and long range planning; development of spend/obligation plans; coordinate with management to ensure requirements are current; ensure adequate funding is availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures; submit timely requests for additional funding; possess knowledge of and experience utilizing multiple funding appropriations; provide recommendations regarding appropriate use of government appropriated funds to meet requirements; prepare documentation to defend against budget cuts; prepare response to request for information (RFI) from management and higher echelon organizations such as PEO HQ, DA and DoD.
Develop and process support agreements (SAs) and/or memorandums of agreement (MOAs); track contract mods and review Contractor Funding Status Reports (CFRS).
Prepare input and assistance in preparation of the Program Management Review (PMR) for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Weapon System Review (WSR), P-&R Forms, Smart Charts and milestone documents.
Evaluate cost proposals and risk assessments for completeness and accuracy
Requires a HS Diploma and 11 years or BS Degree and 7 years or MS and 5 years of relevant experience.
Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Desired tools are GFEBS, ACEIT, Microsoft Project
Must have an active US Secret Clearance which requires US Citizenship.
