Description

Program Control & Administrative support:

Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate financial and technical reports for government contracts. Monitors and tracks spend rates for contracts and task orders; analyzing irregular spending trends and recommending corrections when necessary. This includes examining cost reports for inaccurate data, maintaining correct man hour work totals for tasks to assure financial integrity, creating and maintaining work authorization forms, assisting in writing statements of work (SOW) and creating sole source justifications. Provides program control and assists program managers and task managers with cost related functions. Responsible for notifying the appropriate task/program manager of any and all irregular spending trends. Creates spreadsheets to analyze data, develops reports and constructs databases for data management and configuration control. Creates employee charge numbers and tracks planned expenditures against actuals.

Responsible for coordination and implementation of material/equipment purchases and receipts. Responsible for contract and procurement actions providing required leases, utilities, equipment/material procurements, and maintenance actions. Assist with contract deliverables.

Provide administrative support for the employees in the Operation Unit. Develop and prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents. Schedule, support and organize meetings. Coordination of needs with HR, IT and Security Departments. Plan and organize events and meetings. Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Help Desk Tickets and Reimbursement forms. Maintain and submit on going Visit Requests for current and incoming employees. Plan, budget and book travel for employees and assist with expense authorizations and reports.

Qualifications

Must be capable of qualifying for a secret clearance. Must be proficient in Deltek, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), SharePoint and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Basic qualification is for the candidate to have 2 years of experience.
