Project Superintendent- JOC

Responsible for the daily field construction of an individual project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Capable of running a project of over $75 million. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the physical construction of the project through daily coordination of all field activities, subcontractor direction, and code/specification compliance. Responsibilities include technical input for schedule creation, subcontracting strategy, subcontractor scopes of work, quality of construction, schedule adherence, budget containment, safety, selection of methods, systems, and techniques of construction, and labor cost control through daily attention to unit costs and adjustments in crew size or composition, etc. Typically requires 20 years of experience in the building construction industry with at least 15 years in a supervisory role.

Additional requirements:

  • Plumbing background

  • Knowledge of assembling, installing and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems in support of construction and maintenance activities

  • Any other duties assigned.

  • Must be fluent in English


  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining**


  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining vali** dity.
