Technical Project Manager


Roles and Responsibilities

KBRwyle is seeking a technical project managerto assist planning, organizing, completion, and presentation of assessments insupport of Air Force Research Laboratory trusted electronics projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for technical leadership of projects within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer. The technical project manager will define, generate and review project requirements documentation, perform standard technical studies to refine project requirements, and monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.

The selected candidate will work closely with the customer and other collaborators to manage intellectual property (IP) rights. The technical project manager will work with stakeholders inside and outside of KBRwyle to obtain rights to various IP/data necessary for contract efforts. This will include management of contacts and workflow necessary to get legal documents signed, ensuring the rights granted align with mission needs, ensuring KBRwyle compliance with termination clauses (e.g. time limited agreements) or limited use case clauses, and periodic audit of the status of the IP.

The selected candidate willprepare scientific and technical information report packages for coordinationbetween KBRwyle technical and management personnel and governmentcustomers.The selectedapplicant will assist in proposal preparation to include research in pastperformance, storyboarding, proposal writing, etc. This position isfull-time at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.


Bachelor’sDegree in engineering with five years of experience. Other degrees will be considered with acceptable technical background and experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Must be eligible to obtain interim DoD Government clearance

Preferred Skills

Recentexperience in the management of intellectual property ishighly desired.Previous DoD experience a plus. Staff experiencehighly desired.
