Senior Executive Assistant
Provide program support for Air Force Life Cycle Management Plans & Programs Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Successful candidate will directly support the Director, Deputy Director and their staff with day-to-day executive support duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Applies direct knowledge of efficient office management methods and procedures in producing and maintaining directorate documentation, correspondence, and records.
Processes all incoming and outgoing visit requests for classified as well as unclassified meetings.
Coordinating travel arrangements and claims (Defense Travel System)
Supporting tasks and activities including those dealing with program sponsors, joint partners, and various agencies.
Gathering, recording, tracking and verifying data and information from multiple sources and maintaining metrics.
Administering Director’s and Deputy Director's calendars and schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Sharepoint
Prepare materials for Leadership meetings and/or briefs.
Request required information from other offices/entities for periodic or special conferences, reports, and inquiries,
Providing executive assistance with memos and letters
Maintaining phone and e-mail distribution lists
Coordinating conference room schedules.
Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally at multiple customer organizational levels.
Excellent organizational skills.
Candidate must be a motivated self-starter who is able to perform duties with little or no supervision.
MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point)
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Defense Travel System (DTS)
Knowledge of office management, methods, and procedures in producing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records, or directives.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a customer support and/or business-oriented position.
Familiarity with USAF acquisition environment
