Description
KBRwyle requires a DoD Acquisition SME to support multiple Air Force Life Cycle Management Center
(AFLCMC) aircraft programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Seeking a SME with a minimum 20 years USAF and DoD acquisition experience, to include experience as a Materiel Leader or Senior Materiel Leader.
The successful candidate will:
Provide technical analysis integration of such aspects of program management as engineering, procurement, financial management,
Review and develop program documentation to support Milestone Decisions and Acquisition Strategy
Participate in an advisory role to conduct analysis, draft, and deliver source selection evaluation inputs
Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a number of functional disciplines
Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering a variety of program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining databases.
The SME must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of:
DoD and Air Force acquisition processes and execution (cost, schedule, performance, and risk) of a program
Air Force Material Command and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center policies, processes, and procedures
DoD 5000.02 and AFI 63-101 policies, processes and procedures
AF POM/Budgeting

Qualifications
Education: A Master's degree in Engineering or related to engineering management is required.
Preferred Skills
Experience working as a program manager in AFLCMC
Experience as a member of a source selection
DAWIA PM Level III Certification
DAWIA SPDRE Level III Certification
