Acquisition Security Manager
KBRwyle is seeking an Acquisition Security Manager who will serve as the technical expert for multiple specialized information protection and acquisition security programs supporting major DoD, and classified/highly sensitive USAF defense acquisition and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors programs. This position supports tasking located on-site at a Government program office at Wright Patterson, AFB OH.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support with the development and maintaining time-phased, event-driven Security Classification Guides (SCG), Program Security Directives (PSDs), Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs) and Program Protection Plans
Evaluate system security risk assessment, security threats and vulnerabilities within the program and provided an analysis of requirements for mitigating risks
Develop guidance to integrate process teams in the areas of physical, information, industrial, personnel and security operations
Prepare and coordinate the Prime and Sub DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications to the Program Security Office (PSO) IAW Process Guide
The candidate must possess the ability and written communication skills to develop detailed security products such as: National Interest Determinations (NID), Standard Operating Procedures, security plans and facility accreditation packages.
The candidate must be familiar and functional with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Air Force Access Database (AFAD), Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), and Industrial Security Facilities Database. This position will be a key member of a high-impact, fast-paced, high visibility team.
Education/Experience: This position requires a candidate with ten (10) years of security experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) years of security experience. Candidate must have twelve (12) months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last five (5) years. The position will allow various combinations of education and experience using a 1 year of education for 1 year of experience substitution. Experience working in AFLCMC (or predecessor organizations) aircraft program offices is preferred. Experience with implementing security procedures, policies and processes for new multi-level security facilities is desired.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Candidate must possess an active Top Secret security clearance, based upon a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or SSBI Periodic Review (SBPR) and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
