ABOUT THIS POSITION
Oversight of contractor software development and discrepancy correction efforts; proposal technical evaluation support; contract negotiations support; contractor training team coordination with government training personnel (NAWC TSD)
Required Education: BS (engineering) AND 8 years of relevant experience
Required Experience: Master Subject Matter Expert (greater than 8 years relevant experience)
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret
Required Skills: Master level experience in training software engineering; experience in SEER-SIM software estimating application; Agile Software Development process
construction, testing, and delivery to ensure they meet ICD/ICS 705 requirements.
Master level engineering experience in Navy ISR&T platform training and training system simulations; AAS training system procurement and implementation experience including: Proposal evaluation knowledge; in-depth knowledge of the NAVY SETR process and how it applies to training system acquisition; experience and expert knowledge of training system image generating systems used in the P-8A training system; in-depth knowledge and experience in the AAS training system devices; experience in evaluating engineering proposals; Experience working in the special access program (SAP) environment; proficient in use of industry standard software tools; decision making skills that promote working autonomously from government oversight when managing and executing projects, tasks and work assignments; public speaking and briefing skills; ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams.
