ABOUT THIS POSITION
Operator training instructor in operator machine interface, theory, and tactics for AAS; verification and validation of developed operator courseware; proposal technical evaluation support; training device acceptance testing.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, 12 years' relevant experience
Required Experience: Master-level Subject Matter Expert (greater than 8 years relevant experience)
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret
Required Skills: Master-level experience in acquisition of training products and training systems; experience in captivate “authorware” software; Navy instructional systems development processes and products; operator machine interface (OMI); AAS Weapons Tactical Trainer (WTT) and TCCT capabilities
Minimum 7 years experience in NAVY ISR&T platform training and training systems; minimum 7 years demonstrated expertise in developing training related products associated with contracts and the ISD products to include: Front end analysis; products generated through the ADDIE process; statement of work preparation; ADVISOR administration and products; evaluation of emerging Operator Machine interface changes and updates; CDRL preparation and deliverable evaluation; Engineering preparation and evaluation; proposal technical evaluation documents; evaluation of training system scripts (DTM) and Scenarios (WST) products; evaluations of training system ICW and ILT lessons; Experience working in the special access program (SAP) environment; proficient in use of industry standard software tools; decision making skills that promote working autonomously from government oversight when managing and executing projects, tasks and work assignments; public speaking and briefing skills; ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams.
