ABOUT THIS POSITION
Project management of Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) training program; contractor training team coordination with government training personnel (NAWC TSD); proposal technical evaluation; provide programmatic and financial assessments of the training system prime contractor proposals and support contract negotiations.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 12 years' relevant experience
Required Certification: Certification at the DAWIA Program Management Level III or equivalent (PMP)
Required Experience: Master-level Subject Matter Expert (greater than 8 years relevant experience)
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret
Required Skills: Master level experience in acquisition management of Navy training systems; minimum 8 years experience in performing budget and financial support that includes multi-year budgetary requirements development and management and current budget year execution with respect to the training system acquisition and life cycle support.
Experience working in the special access program (SAP) environment; proficient in use of industry standard software tools; decision making skills that promote working autonomously from government oversight when managing and executing projects, tasks and work assignments; public speaking and briefing skills; ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams.
