ABOUT THIS POSITION
Manage site activation of OCONUS sites in support of initial system fielding; manage site activation project plan and schedule; coordinate staging and shipment of contractor acquired and government property / material to OCONUS locations; integrate contractor maintenance support into Navy squadron maintenance organization and processes.
Required Education: BS; or High School and 12 years of relevant experience
Required Experience: Master Subject Matter Expert (greater than 12 years relevant experience)
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret
Required Skills: Master level experience in Master level experience in logistics management and site activation and deactivation; minimum 8 years experience with performance based logistics (PBL) requirements and technical evaluations
Master level experience in active or reserve military maintenance planning and management at the squadron and wing levels, military transportation processes and services for material movements to OCONUS and CONUS locations, and Fleet response center and base support services; Experience working in the special access program (SAP) environment; proficient in use of industry standard software tools; decision making skills that promote working autonomously from government oversight when managing and executing projects, tasks and work assignments; public speaking and briefing skills; ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams.
