KBRwyle is seeking an experienced and talented Staffing Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position ensures an exceptional candidate experience and assists in expediting the recruiting process overall. Key to this position will be excellent communication skills, the ability to foster relationships with candidates, employees and hiring managers and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Prepare job offer letters and facilitate the post-job offer, pre-employment process

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System through updating candidates’ status and uploading hiring documents

  • Process drug screens, background checks, offer letters, orientation scheduling, and other onboarding related responsibilities

  • Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned


A high school diploma plus 8 years of experience is required for this role.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.


  • Previous experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain both a digital and a paper filing system

  • Experience using various HR systems; Taleo experience is highly desired

  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
