Senior Engineer/Analyst-Colorado Springs, CO
KBRWyle has a near future requirement for a Subject Matter Analyst to support JT&E work to develop and test Joint Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) for the identification, characterization, attack assessment and notification/reporting of incoming threats. Location of support is Colorado Springs CO. The selected candidate will serve as team member for a combined government/contractor team that will provide support for research, development, testing, analysis, validation, and publication of TTPs related to a Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Quick Reaction Test (QRT). The candidate will be providing expertise in the subjects of: Integrated Tactical Warning & Attack Assessment (ITW/AA), Space Based Infrared Systems (SBIRS), Ground Based Sensor Systems, and sensor data processing. These TTPs will support effective information flow and time-sensitive, critical deliberations and decision making for senior leaders. Work will support in development, test, refinement, validation and integration of TTPs. Support on this contract is anticipated to start in June or July 2018.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years’ experience. Requires experience with Integrated Tactical Warning & Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) to include Space and Ground Based sensor systems. Will have experience working at: NORAD-NORTHCOM Current Operations Center (N2C2), USTRATCOM Command Center, USPACOM Joint Operations Center, or at the National Military Command Center (NMCC). Strong research skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to operate well in team environment. Experience with developing agendas, briefings and briefing materials. Must be proficient briefing senior-level personnel, proficient delivering briefings and running meetings; work groups. Proficient with use of Microsoft Office family of software. Requires Top Secret SCI Clearance. Master's degree preferred. Desire one or more years of test and evaluation experience to include T&E methods and techniques. Understanding of multi-Service TTP. Technical writing experience highly desired. Experience with N2C2 Night Blue or Operation Noble Eagle exercises. Experience at: Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado, SBIRS Mission Control Center, Missile Warning Center (MWC), or Joint Space Operations Center. Experience developing/refining TTPs and TACMEMOs and Joint/Service doctrine.
