Description

KBRwyle has a near futurepotential requirementfor a Training and Development Manager on a team to provide joint training support to NORAD and USNORTHCOM Command Center Training Programs at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station and Peterson AFB, CO. Services include administering training programs, technical expertise in planning, development, execution and efficient conduct of comprehensive individual and collective training, scenario and exercise development, and the capturing of lessons learned for the Contingency Command Center, N2C2 program, USSTRATCOM missile warning center program, and training support for other DOD organizations and agencies as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: Three to ten years experience with a Bachelors Degree. Related experience with NORAD-USNORTHCOM, command center operations and training, administration and delivery of individual and collective training, scenario and exercise development. Experience with USSTRATCOM Missile Warning Center program, and NC Special Activities, and contingency command center operations. Experience with the National Military Command System (NMCS), CJCSI 3280.01 and 6635.01, CJCS EAP Volumes VI and X. Experience developing, and administering annual training plans, training objective development, training event and schedule planning and execution, qualification training (QT), certification, Joint Staff, Staff Assessment Visits, and tier 1 Joint exercises. Experience developing training syllabi, training scenarios, scripts, simulations, role playing, building and injecting exercise products, reports, orders and correspondence. Experience with Tier 1 JELC planning and execution. Experience with JTIMS, white cell player responsibilities. Experience developing and maintaining training support programs, records management, training documentation and reports, academic training lessons for US and Allied personnel, and continuation training. Requires TS/SCI and NC2 - Extremely Sensitive Information (ESI).

DESIRED: Masters degree a plus. Experience providing briefings and/or training to senior leaders. Operational level planner and supervisor. Experience with Information management, portal management, and training management synchronization. Experience with implementing and training with new or revised policies, procedures and processes across complex organizations.
