ABOUT THIS POSITION
The selected candidate will possess demonstrated high-level SPAWAR systems experience with multiple C4ISR systems, networks, and projects supporting Navy and Marine Corps surface, subsurface, and airborne platforms and other DoD acquisition programs throughout the DOT&E lifecycle. Utilize and perform assessment data collection, reduction, and analysis to produce detailed S&T and R&D project reports and to meet data collection requirements. Perform rigorous cybersecurity and cyber survivability T&E planning and execution across the U.S. Navy’s Commander, Operational Test & Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR) OT portfolio. Perform and review advanced technical knowledge and analysis of cybersecurity, interoperability, and mission assurance assessments. Research and conduct new technology system analysis, development, introduction, and presentation for dynamic networked system-of-systems environments. Research and review Technical reports, studies, and related documentation design and preparation. Perform charts and graphs development to record results, conduct analytical briefing preparation and presentation for test participants as required by the TO.
Local candidates preferred; relocation package not available.
MS in Administration or related field.
Must have 12 years in Information Technology within a systems engineering environment.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
Possess an active Top Secret Clearance
- 4 years or more of high-level SPAWAR systems experience with multiple C4ISR systems, networks, and projects supporting Navy and Marine Corps surface, subsurface, and airborne platforms and other Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs throughout the DOT&E lifecycle.
