Relentlessly delivers on all commitments to Integrated Program Team, suppliers, and customers. Identifies risks/opportunities for programs and takes action to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities at the program level. Recognized ability to share knowledge, best practices and encouraging team members to learn and challenge their capabilities. Works with teams at all levels to uncover barriers and identify improvement action plans. Responsible for managing Program Management talent inside of programs. Coaches and mentors Project Managers. Green Belt Certified. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through team participation and results. Uses enabling tools in daily work to improve results. Leads at least 1 GB team/project per year. Assimilates data and information and directs the organization and fellow leadership team to improve project performance. Data includes both atom data (metrics) and complex parametric data that provides indication of current as well as predicted project state. Ability to analysis projects/ programs, and engineering organizations to architect the PMO infrastructure and team for ease of process, communications, workflow, and metrics rollup.

Local candidates preferred; relocation package not available.



Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Physical Sciences, Zoology, Information Security, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business or Health Sciences Related Field.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance within 12 months.


Experience:Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of information assurance or computer network defense programs to include: Equipment

Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support. Eight (8) years Program Management Experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning. Five (5) years as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
