ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Foreign Disclosure Analyst is responsible for reviewing and documenting the oral and visual disclosure and documentary release of CMI and CUI to F-35 foreign partners and F-35 FMS foreign participants. Provides technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering and evaluating F-35 foreign disclosure policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to F-35 foreign partners and F-35 FMS foreign participants. The Foreign Disclosure Analyst will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Provide foreign disclosure analysis support

  • Provide foreign disclosure auditing support to ensure program personnel are correctly performing unclassified releases of information to foreign nationals and mark the released information IAW program policy

  • Provide foreign visit security support on-site at the Government’s facilities

  • Work closely with the security education and training POC(s) to research, prepare, and present material for foreign disclosure security education and training for JPO personnel

  • Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of specialized security experience in Foreign Disclosure or International Security is required. In lieu of a degree, ten (10) years of specialized security experience in Foreign Disclosure or International Security is required\

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task Desired Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Knowledge of Information Exchange Guides (IEGs), Project Security Instructions (PSI), Cooperative Program Personnel (CPP), Standards of Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations

  • Familiarity with the Foreign Visit System (SPAN) Must have an active Top Secret clearance.Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Previous government contracting industry experience highly desired
