Relentlessly delivers on all commitments to program team, suppliers, and customers related to specific aspects of power and cooling infrastructure modernization for large size government/military facilities.

Identify risks/opportunities for the program and takes action to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.

Work with teams at all levels to uncover barriers and identify improvement action plans.

Drive program management excellence across entire program.

Local candidates preferred, relocation package not available.

Position is contingent upon contract award.


  • BS / BA Engineering, Sciences, or related field and 5 years of directly related experience. Specific contract requirements will prevail.

  • 7 years’ experience in large sized facilities power and cooling system modernization. Experience should include design review, construction oversight and construction commissioning.

  • Certifications: Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified

  • Clearance: Active TS-SCI clearance with full scope polygraph is required


  • Advanced Degrees (M.S. / MBA) preferred.

  • Experience in design and construction of Secondary Unit Substations, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Uninterruptible Power Supply Replacements, and Uninterruptible Mechanical Supply Replacements.

  • Extensive Program Management Experience and increasing leadership responsibility.

  • Able to lead operational team in providing technical solutions in design.

  • Knowledge in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

  • Cost Plus Fix Fee and Firm Fixed Price contract experience.

  • Familiarity executing projects requiring Safety processes identified in US Army EM 385-1-1.

  • Skilled with guiding project teams in developing and capturing new business.
